UP 3985 was found in the steam shops under going repairs during CFD run in july 2007 we got to take a little video and this is what we saw its a little raw but it might have a little bit of the info you might like to see

This shows how complex and labor intensive steam locomotives were and why they were rplaced by diesels for mainsteam traffic. If the railroads went back to coal powered steam engines, it would decrease oil consumption and increase employment. __________________________________________________ |
