Landmark is a destructive, dangerous cult. It makes you feel good, as long as you continue. They use different words and jargon for everything that preys on those with low self esteem. It is Scientology minus the religious aspect. Read Outrageous Betrayal, you'll wake up out of the trance and realize its a money making scheme that destroys relationships while making one think they are improving their lives. Please LEARN more then just talking to the believers. Keep your families away.

I did EST a long time ago. I'm not sure how it's evolved since then, but would recommend it to anybody. There's a lot of speculation about weather its brainwashing or a cult (lol) etc.. which is understandable I guess. I can assure anyone who's thinking about doing it that its not. However, there is in my opinion, a sort of hypnotic effect. Let me explain: Whenever a person focuses strongly on streching ones possiblities and abilities its basically self-hypnotic; which is a good thing.

Having just completed day three of the Advanced course, I can see you already have mastered some distinctions of impacting others without having words for what you're doing. I agree with you. Not the path for me but was interesting. The landmark and advanced landmark was enough for me. It was interesting but not something I would do on a regular basis
