Ther's nothing wrong with reading music in a chamber setting. I am so sick and tired of the b.s. that you "can't really play the music unless you memorize it" trhat's such shit. by that logic the royal philharmonic aren't really playing up to their potential!

Don't know why I didn't see or respond to this sooner. Another mystery. Yeah. It really bothers me too, and it continues to bother me because there are a large number of self-titled "Christians" who do more to damage the gospel than spread it...perhaps me included.

Funny you mentioned Bible Gateway. Love that sight - if I'm on the computer, it's where I get ahold of a bible quickly. I'll check that out. I'll pass this on to my brother as well, who tries to read a different version every time he finishes whatever current version he's reading. He reads...ALOT.

My favorite Bible version, because Old English is not very easy to understand (unless you're a Shakespearan actor) is The Message. Go to wwwDOTbiblegatewayDOTcom (excellent site) and click "Available Versions" on the left. The Message is near the bottom of the English list. It is "modern English" as translated from the Greek, so you get an idea of what the Greeks Christians originally had their hands on.

Bunch O Comments: My biggest battle has been with people who criticize "Christianity" due to the mistake of misguided Chrisitians (past and present). I've countered with many arguments (which I will eventually post!) but I would like to hear your thoughts (and your brothers!).
