Description:
Yet another test video with my new GS300. This time I'm practicing manual focus, white balance and post editing in a lame ass program called windows movie maker. Oh yes, sorry I didn't use a tripod and that it's shaky. I can't seem to find it right now. |

Dmramex ::: Favorites You shouldn't use OIS For filming a movie though. That's why there's steadicams and tripods and such. 07-03-17 21:04:33 _____________________________________________________
AestheticIndulgence ::: Favorites Does OIS affect it in any other way though? I just thought it was there for stabilization. Does it reduce quality in any way? 07-03-17 21:27:39 _____________________________________________________
Dmramex ::: Favorites Yeah, If you want to go professional, no one in Hollywood probably uses OIS. Even in indie. It's just better to stablize the cam as much as you can then to use an image stabilizer for moviemaking. 07-03-17 21:29:18 _____________________________________________________
AestheticIndulgence ::: Favorites Kk, thanks for the tip. 07-03-17 21:37:10 _____________________________________________________
ACTORDAVIDTRAN ::: Favorites Didn't think it was all that shaky at all. Wonderful piece.Did you have a manual focus ring on the camera? 07-04-02 16:52:12 _____________________________________________________
AestheticIndulgence ::: Favorites Thanks, no there's no manual focus on the GS300 unfortunately. I had to work with buttons so it was a serious pain. Thanks for the comment. 07-04-02 17:10:44 _____________________________________________________
ACTORDAVIDTRAN ::: Favorites You're welcome I was thinking of buying the GS320 that's why I asked. 07-04-03 03:22:43 _____________________________________________________
AestheticIndulgence ::: Favorites I dunno, the GS320 is great and all but I'm seeing standard definition as dieing. Now this is only my opinion, but I'm saving up for an HV20. It's not too much over the GS320 ($1000, yeah maybe like 600 more :P) but the specs and image quality that I've seen from it is absolutely amazing. That's only my opinion on the future of camcorders, but for the money that the GS320 goes I'd consider it a fairly good deal. 07-04-03 15:23:32 _____________________________________________________
NnikoO ::: Favorites very nice!.. question.. what editing program did u use? thanks 07-05-03 13:50:31 _____________________________________________________
AestheticIndulgence ::: Favorites At the time I only used Windows Media Maker but now I have Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. But the video you are seeing was done in WMM. 07-05-03 15:13:58 _____________________________________________________ |
