Jmuduke ::: Favorites I think the theta state frequency is around 20Hz. 07-06-05 02:12:16 __________________________________________________
ecstatica23 ::: Favorites Sometimes I write down what my "subconscious mind" tells my conscious mind before it fades away, and it amazes me that these things I write came from my own mind. Cool video! Thanks for the info. 07-05-22 16:35:34 __________________________________________________
thedarkener ::: Favorites Hey, thanks for watching and commenting. I'd love to hear some of the things you've written down in a video. IMHO, it's all about building the bridge between your "subconscious" and "conscious" minds. They seem to be, at first, two seperate entities, communicating in secrecy (or so it may seem). If you practice bridging these two entities through meditation/self-reflection, it is absolutely incredible what you come up with. 07-05-22 17:00:52 __________________________________________________
ecstatica23 ::: Favorites some of the things I've written down you will find in my videos "Ecstatica" and "focus mind body spirit and the warriors code" yes that's how it feels, like they communicate in secrecy! thanks for the advice, it is a good one! 07-05-22 18:49:49 __________________________________________________
ecstatica23 ::: Favorites In this state of mind I talk to my self, but it feels like it's my subconscious talking to my conscious mind. It does allow your mind to process things in a very different way, makes perfect sense when you said that your ego is out of the way. it's like the important things are focused and the negative things that get in the way just fall away. It feels like my subconscious mind knows the answers and it tries to help me when I'm in this state of mind. 07-05-22 16:34:56 __________________________________________________
ecstatica23 ::: Favorites if you are going to say something, make sure it's worth saying ;) I'm glad your comment brought me to this channel, it seems very interesting. I did not know about these 4 states of mind, but I was aware of the theta state, except that I called it "my subconscious mind" or spirit. It does feel very much like a state of meditation. I've tried to explain this to my girfriend, but now I will show her this video. 07-05-22 16:34:15 __________________________________________________
Lateralist ::: Favorites Yeah I remember learning a little bit about this back in high school. Really fascinating stuff. Going into the "theta" state as I'm drifting off to sleep is very interesting experience indeed, especially if I manage not to think about it consciously and snap myself out of it. My thought processes start to unravel and associate in strange ways. Very odd, but certainly enjoyable to experience. 06-10-27 18:24:32 __________________________________________________
thedarkener ::: Favorites Totally. I really want to get into training myself to lucidly dream soon, which is, AFAIK, like a simultanious delta/alpha brainstate. I had a lucid dream last week and I started flying...it was fucking surreal! 06-10-27 19:08:32 __________________________________________________ |
