Description: Newark memorial High School, the play the Laramie Project is playing indoors, and outdoors in the rain a service of remembrance and solidarity with transpeople takes place- this is about a month after Gwen Araujo's death. This is part 1 of 2, introducing attorney Gloria Allred, a crusader for trans rights still today in 2007. In part 2 she continuesher ?no doubt speech, and then Sylvia Guererro, Eddie-Gwen's mom, delivers a beautiful few minutes of grief and hope. Such a brave and seii woman- it shows- and she must be a great mom. Then a band I don't know if they stuck together but, forgiving the guitar (basic) and a few off notes- a really wonderful song. i have no rights to this- if you are, or know who is singing pleas inform him this is up and ask him to contact me.- at least give me his name so Ican properly credit- a student, i think of newark Memorial in 2002. |
