Duration: 02:06 minutes

Throwing a few shots out at the alley in Douglasville. Comments, criticism, tips, anything welcome. Everything I do is self-taught. Strike ball is a '94 King Cobra. Shots were thrown on a fresh oil pattern.

It is necessary. You dont have to cup it that much to hook it though. Just keep it stiff through your backswing.

how many pound is your ball? I can't cup the ball that high to generate enough spin to make a visible hook, my thumb is at 10 oclock when ball releases and i use my other two fingers to spin it, but the revs/min is reall low and i can't really release a good hook ball...so my question is, do you really need a strong wrist to make a good hook? thanks!
